Accommodations Reservations

We have two options:

  1. We have worked something out with a camp that we partner with that is about 20 minutes away from Elkhart. It is in Union, MI.

    1. Rates
      1. Friday night lodging, with pizza and drinks available on Friday night and breakfast on Saturday AM will be $20 per person.  If anybody wants to also stay Saturday night and have breakfast on Sunday, it will be an additional $10 per person, or $30 for the whole weekend.
    2. What’s needed
      1. Their lodging is bunkhouse style, and you will need to bring your own bedding, etc. (sleeping bag, towel, etc.)
    3. Making reservations
      1. You will need to call Charlie Reid for reservations at 269-641-7561 and tell him it’s for Fusion Fest to make sure you get the correct rates.

    2. Making reservations
      1. You will need to make your reservations before March 13 to get that rate.
      2. Make sure you tell them it’s for the Fusion Fest
